REFUND POLICY

iR Marketing stands by its work and will replace all products to unsatisfied clients. A client may request a full refund if; the Item is “not as described”, doesn’t work the way it should, does not look like the proof* or product has not started production**.

Refunds are not given for design time, service charges once payment has been received.

*This does not include color differences. Computers use RGB and Printers use CMYK or PMS. Slight variations in color are expected. Please request print sample to make sure you are 100% accurate with color.
**Written notice must be received, within 72 hours from order being placed, to stop production.
